With the re-launch and re-design of the Early Years Starter Package and the Teeny Reading Seeds programme (via the website www.phonicsinternationalpreschool.com ), we have changed the arrangements for purchasing the online resources to a system of an annual single-user's licence, or multi-users' licence for access/registration to the resources.

We have established a yearly licence subscription for the Early Years Starter Package and the Teeny Reading Seeds programme but continued with our principle of different price structures according to whether the programmes are for the use of 'individuals' or 'institutions'.

Purchasers of the single user's licence or the multi-users' licence of the full Phonics International programme will continue to have free access to the Early Years Starter Package.
