Must watch:

It includes a short but very challenging talk by Anne Glennie about the scenario in Scotland re (poor) adult aspirations for literacy and an excellent talk by headteacher, Sam Bailey, about all the ingredients that enable a massive and quick leap in standards in two primary schools in England.
